Acquiring A full shoals club membership
The Shoals Club offers four distinct dining options, two pools, creative programming for families, and the direct beach access, being a Shoals Club member delivers a new level of shore side experiences.
Only a limited number of memberships are available in the Shoals Club. For more information, schedule a tour or to obtain a membership application, stop by the Shoals Club office located at the Shoals Club, 100 Station House Way. Acquiring an Annual Membership/ Extended Family Privileges
One of the many perks of being a Shoals Club member is the eligible to purchase an Annual Membership, giving your extended family full access to the club when you are not present. This type of membership has a small annual fee per extended family unit.
Extended family members shall include the parents, children who are over twenty-three years old, grandparents, grandchildren and great-grandchildren of the member and spouse and the spouse of such family members.

Acquiring a Temporary Shoals Club Membership
Shoals Club temporary members have full access to the Club's amenities. When vacationing on Bald Head Island the Shoals Club is the complete package for an exceptional island experience.
I am a Shoals Club full member, how do I arrange temporary membership for my guest?
The Shoals Club tries our best to make registering guest simple! There are two ways to register you guest. 1. Full members may send an E-Mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with a spreadsheet of their guest. The spreadsheet must include renter name, rental address, start date, end date, # of bedrooms, # of people, # of days, Total cost. Please also include if the club should charge your membership account for the temporary membership or if the guest is responsible to pay. 2. Full Member's may provide us with a completed current Temporary Members form (click here) at least 5 days in advance of your guest's arrival; this form must be signed by the full member.
I am renting from a Shoals Club full member, how do I arrange a temporary membership for my family?
As a guest of a full member, please submit a completed Shoals Club Temporary Membership Registration Form no later than 5 days for arrival date. You may E-Mail your form (Click here) to email@example.com or mail to P.O Box 3069, Bald Head Island NC 28461 ATT: Temp Memberships. Then your must have the owner/rental agent E-Mail us an authorization.
I am renting through an agency, how do I arrange a temporary membership for my family?
If you are renting your Bald Head Island vacation home through an agency, please contact your agency. They will be able to tell you if a temporary membership is available with your rental. If you are eligible for a temporary membership, your agency will make all the necessary arrangements. If you have any further questions, contact the Shoals Club office 910-454-4888. I am not renting a home from a Shoals Club full member; can I still purchase a temporary membership?
A Shoals Club temporary membership is a privilege to guest or renters of a full member. You must be staying in a Shoals Club full member's home to be eligible to purchase a temporary membership. If you are unsure, contact the Shoals Club office 910-454-4888.
